Johannes Schmidt is part of EY Innovalue’s insurance practice and has been a member of the management team since 2019.
Since joining EY Innovalue in 2013, Johannes Schmidt has led many projects, including primary and international insurance companies in a national and international context, brokerage companies and start-ups. He advises our clients on questions of strategic orientation, customer orientation, growth, efficiency improvement and transformation of the organization. His functional expertise lies in the areas of sales, sales support, underwriting, operation and claims.
Prior to joining EY Innovalue, Johannes Schmidt completed a Master of Science in Management at Imperial College Business School in London specializing in Digital Business and a Master of Arts in Technology Governance at Tallinn University of Technology.
