Marco Gerhardt works in Insurance Practice with a special focus on sales strategies, sales management and control, cost-cutting initiatives as well as post-merger integration and transaction support.
Marco Gerhardt is partner at EY Innovalue and has been part of the company's leadership team since 2008. His advisory activity focuses in particular on projects in the field of tied agents and broker sales channels, as well as operations. A particular specialisation lies in advising medium-sized brokers, pools, structured sales organisations and financial advisors.
Marco Gerhardt studied business administration in Berlin and Mannheim. Before joining EY Innovalue, he worked as a freelance consultant in financial services/insurance. Prior to that, he worked at the Hamburg-Mannheimer Versicherungs AG, KPMG Consulting AG, as well as the R+V Versicherungs AG.
