Tobias Schulz is a member of our insurance team, with a particular focus on tied agents, bank channels and direct/online sales. Further, he manages the Insurance Sales competence team.
Tobias Schulz has been working for EY Innovalue since 2010, as a Director. He has been part of our management team since 2012. His main advisory areas include: growth strategy, regulation, process optimisation, and cost reduction.
Over the last few years, Tobias Schulz has given advice on projects in all relevant sales channels including the restructuring of the sales force in a large insurance company and the strategic realignment of an online price comparison portal. His project experience also includes work on the growth strategy for the corporate pensions business of a large regional bank, and developing cost reduction measures in the sales division of an insurance company.
Tobias Schulz studied Business Administration at the universities of Braunschweig and Osnabrück. Before joining EY Innovalue, he worked for R+V Versicherung AG, AXA, Bertelsmann, CSC and zeb/.
